L’ Bianchi Carlo Farm takes its name from its owner, Eng. Carlo Bianchi, who, at first engaged in the profession of mechanical engineer for the footwear sector, decided to transform his hobby for the cultivation of olive trees and for the production of extra-virgin olive oil into a real professional activity, to starting from 2012.
Located in Montalbano di Vinci, about 200 meters above the sea level, the company currently has about 20 hectares of land planted with olive trees and also includes a small vineyard for personal use and one hectare of wood. It is the result not only of the passion for olive trees – mostly secular – but also of the environment in which they grow, a family environment for which the owner has a deep respect for the ecosystem and the landscape.
