The vineyards are conducted in respect of the environment, limiting the use of chemicals, favored in this by the warm and dry climate. Climate that favors the complete ripening of the grapes, which combined with the care with which the processing phases are followed, allows to obtain a high quality wine, with low total acidity, a soft and velvety taste, natural color and absence of preservatives. The company, registered in the Chianti Montalbano Register, has a cultivar of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Merlot, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia.
